Shopping Service for the Most Vulnerable – Life, People and Communities

As we enter the tiered system there are still people who are in the ‘clinically vulnerable’ or ‘clinically extremely vulnerable’ groups. A special shopping service is being operated in the borough by Age UK and the Venture Centre, working with RBKC and Westway Community Transport.

Self-isolating residents of all ages are eligible for the service. Age UK 020 8969 9105 or covid19refer@aukc.org.uk or alternatively contact the council helpline 020 7361 4326 or C19Hub@rbkc.gov.uk. Residents can make contact directly they do not have to be referred.

This service is particularly aimed at residents who cannot get an online supermarket slot.
